Refund Policy

This policy explains when HISAABIYAAT (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”) refunds a payment for a Hisaabiyaat plan or add-on.

Try before you pay

Every new install includes 15 days of every feature, and the Ratti plan is free. We ask you to use the trial to decide whether Hisaabiyaat suits your business before you pay.

The main rule

A plan can be refunded only while its licence is not yet attached — that is, before it has been activated with any e-mail address or WhatsApp number and before it has been used on any PC. Once a licence is attached to an account, it cannot be refunded.

When you can ask for a refund

  • Within 7 days of payment, for a new plan whose licence has not been attached to any e-mail or WhatsApp number. The full amount paid for the plan and its add-ons in that purchase is refunded.
  • A double payment — if you were charged twice for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
  • A failed activation — if the licence cannot be activated because of a fault on our side and support cannot fix it, the payment is refunded in full, even after 7 days.

When a refund is not given

  • Once the licence has been attached to an e-mail address or WhatsApp number, or used on a PC.
  • More than 7 days after payment, except for a double payment or a failed activation.
  • Renewals, upgrades or downgrades, and add-ons bought for a licence you already have.
  • Licences received through a transfer or reassignment.

How to ask

E-mail [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the e-mail on the order. We check that the licence has not been attached, then reply within [2] working days.

How the money comes back

Card payments are refunded to the same card through our payment gateway. Payments by bank transfer or mobile wallet are returned to the account they came from. Approved refunds are paid within 5–7 working days; a card refund can take a few more days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
